Terms and conditions of use

The purpose of these general terms of use is to define the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, AGENIUM SPACE, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €56,723.00, with Head office at 10 RUE DES GAUDINES 78100 SAINT-GERMAIN-EN-LAYE, and registered in the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under the unique identification number 841 239 817, (hereinafter referred to as the “Editor”), makes available to users of the site (hereinafter the “User(s)”) accessible at URL www.edgespaice.eu (hereinafter the “Site”), the services and information accessible from the Site, and on the other to define the manner in which any User accesses the Site and uses its features.

Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with these conditions.

The Editor reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the present conditions of use in order to adjust them to the developments of the Site and/or its utilisation.

Access to the Site

Use and access to the Site is performed by the User in accordance with these terms.

The Editor strives to allow stable access to the Site, except in case of force majeure or an event beyond their control, and in case of any breakdowns and maintenance mandatory for the proper functioning of the Site and its features.

The responsibility of the Publisher cannot be engaged in case of impossibility of total or partial access to the Site and/or its functionalities.

In addition, the Editor may be required to interrupt the access to the Site or part of its features, at any time without notice, all without entitlement to compensation. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Editor is not responsible for interruptions and penalties that may result for himself or any third party.

Prohibited Uses

The User prohibits any reverse engineering process, cookies modification, data modification sent by the browser in the context of normal use, use of proxies or VPN, fault search, and any misuse of the Site, in general.

The User is forbidden to make any use of the Site that could cause harm to the Editor or its affiliates.
 
Responsibility of the Editor

Intellectual property

The trademark “AGENIUM” is a trademark registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of these brands is strictly forbidden.

The Site is subject to the French Copyright Law and, more generally, to the French Intellectual Property Law.

In accordance with the legal provisions concerning the legal protection of databases, the Editor is the producer and owner of the database for the Service and holds the sui generis rights.

Failure to comply with copyright or database laws is punishable by criminal penalties for counterfeiting, without prejudice to possible claims for damages from rights holders.

Personal data

The Editor is responsible for processing your personal data necessary for your contact requests made on the site.

This data will be used to contact you or provide you with services or information. They will be kept for 3 years after the last commercial communication sent.

No personal data is collected without the consent of the User. The optional or obligatory nature of the particulars is to be communicated through and shall be indicated beforehand. Applicable right

Governed by the French law.

In case of any dispute, and in case of the failure of attempt to find an amicable solution, the French court shall be competent to take over this dispute.
